  1. I see many similarities … as someone who struggles with eating too much. Reading Atkins, Sugar Blues, and other resources, the chemical reaction that food creates can be, I think, classified as addictive. It feels that way, anyway. I would not say in the same way as drugs / alcohol. Thanks for the link.By the way … new look for the blog … new owner? “Jason Schwartz” is not a familiar name to me … and I’ve been reading this blog a while. Help me out … maybe I just missed it!
